A one day briefing on the management of Integrated Projects will take place on 3 July in Brussels.
The event aims to provide research and development (R&D) managers and practitioners with an overview of how the Integrated Projects will be implemented under the Sixth Framework Programme.
In particular, the briefing will focus on the following:
- analysing the various management and legal structures that could be employed to manage an Integrated Project;
- reviewing the legal and financial provisions of the EU grant contract;
- assessing what needs to be covered in the consortium agreement.
Discussions will be based on an EU study on the management of big projects, carried out by the event committee, Berkeley Associates and Walker Associates.
