University of the Highlands and Islands - Principal appointed

A new principal has been named by the UHI Millennium Institute, the prospective University of the Highlands and Islands. James Fraser, the current deputy principal and secretary at UHI, will take over from Bob Cormack when he retires from the top job later this year.
