Coventry University - YouTube partnership agreed

A deal between video-sharing website YouTube and Coventry University has been agreed to allow the university to promote itself online. The university said it was one of the first in the UK to enter a content partnership with the site, on which Coventry's first videos have already been watched thousands of times. Pete Woodbridge, the university's multimedia manager, said: "This is a major opportunity for the university and its students to be potentially seen by millions of people worldwide. There are all sorts of films posted on the website, some for new students and others for researchers and existing students."
