Building a sustainable capacity in dual-use bioethics

This collaboration will examine the use of biological research products in warfare and bioterrorism. It aims to help craft policies that will prevent the misuse of biomedical research findings by enabling more academic scrutiny of the so-called dual use of the life sciences.
