Regional Delivery Lead

£67k (£70k in London) 2-year fixed term contract

Opportunities nationwide

A visible and active presence in your region, you will build relationships and engage stakeholders across local authorities and the education sector. Having done so, you will then generate support for our remit, provide advice and influence key decision-makers - everything needed to see that our policies are implemented as cohesively and effectively as possible.

Influence will be the key to success here, so you will need to be an exceptional communicator, negotiator and senior-level relationship builder. A creative, delivery-focused approach is essential, as are professional credibility and a track record of change management. These are field-based roles, so you must also be proactive and highly motivated.

In these roles, personality and drive are every bit as important as experience, so you will not necessarily have to come from the public sector. However, we are particularly interested in hearing from applicants with experience in either Workforce Reform, Higher Education or Training in Schools.
