Do I need to be a registered user of the website to access information or articles?

No, you do not need to be a registered user of the website to access information or articles. However, you must register to receive job alert emails and newsletters.

How do I set up a job alert?

To set up a job alert, you must be a registered user of the times higher education website. Once registered, please log into your account, select job search criteria and search of jobs. The results page will give you the option to "Save this search".

Can I set up more than one job alert?

Yes, you can set up multiple job alerts.

I have a letter that I want to be considered for publication. Who should I contact?

Please email your letter to letters@tsleducation.com, to arrive by Monday morning. Please supply a daytime telephone number. While we consider all letters sent to us, we cannot guarantee that they will be published. We reserve the right to edit all contributions.

I would like my account to be deleted.

If you would like your account to be deleted, please email webmaster@timeshighereducation.co.uk. Remember to include your user name and the email address linked to your profile.
