Graduates of Staffordshire University will soon be able to tap into the Internet at budget rates with the help of their alumni association.

Association members already have ready access to the university's extensive computing facilities.

But they are now being offered the chance to access the net through a series of dedicated modems being installed at the university's Octagon computer centre.
