MUniv: Jim Arnold, director, New Lanark Conservation Trust, chairman of the Association of Independent Industrial Museum and Heritage Sites and of Bell College, Hamilton; Lillias Noble, commissioner, Mental Welfare Commission for Scotland, vice chairman in 1995, education adviser to the Scottish Prison Service.
